Desirable pairing of two items: an uncommon official 4 x 2.5 White House card, neatly signed in fountain pen, "Harry S. Truman"; and a TLS signed "Bess W. Truman," one page, 6 x 8.25, blindstamped personal letterhead, February 5, 1975, in part: "I do not have a White House card autographed by Mr. Truman and, to my knowledge, I do not think he ever signed one." In very good to fine condition, with a light crease across the White House card, and a JSA label affixed to the corner of the letter. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from JSA for Bess Truman's autograph.
