Two UK import limited edition CDs for the soundtrack of the 1989 superhero film Batman, which also served as Prince’s 11th studio album. Both CDs, one of which is sealed in its original plastic wrapper, include their original round black metal case with embossed ‘Batman logo’ lid and the underside of the case impressed: “Made In England.” The unsealed copy opens to reveal the CD and circular CD booklet. In overall fine condition.
From the collection of Marylou Badeaux, a former Warner Bros. Records executive who spent 25 years in the label's R&B and jazz departments and served as Vice President of Special Projects. During her tenure, Badaeux developed a close working relationship with Prince, with whom she closely collaborated for nearly two decades.
