Gordon, William J. Knight, Forrest S. Petersen, Robert Rushworth, Alfred H. Uhalt, Jr., Robert M. White (3), and James W. Wood. The Crews photo is affixed to a black 8.5 x 11 backing sheet. In overall very good to fine condition, with trimmed edges and some marks and creases.
