Unused full 6 x 4 ticket for a canceled Nirvana concert in London, England, on April 5, 1994, scheduled as part of the band’s four-night residency at Brixton Academy. In fine condition, with one stub missing. Kurt Cobain was found dead at his home on Lake Washington Boulevard in Seattle, Washington, on April 8, 1994. Forensic investigators and a coroner later determined that Cobain had died on April 5th, the very date of this concert, which would have been Nirvana’s third of four nights performing at the Brixton Academy.
