Flown flag bearing the Shuttle-Mir Program insignia at center, 6 x 4, carried aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery during the STS-91 mission from June 2–12, 1998. The flag is affixed to its original 11 x 14 printed certificate, which reads: "Presented to James E. Keller. This flag commemorating the Phase 1 Program was flown to the Mir Space Station aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on mission STS-91, launched June 2, landed June 12, 1998." The certificate bears the facsimile signatures of Daniel S. Goldin and Frank L. Culbertson, Jr. Matted to an overall size of 16 x 20. In fine condition.
