Civil War–era Union chasseur's kepi of blue wool with polished green liner and drawstrings, patent leather sweatband, and enlisted eagle side buttons made by Scoville & Co. The cap is topped with a brass infantry bugle and company insignia, "H." In very good condition, with scattered small moth holes and some wear to the brim. A handsome, highly displayable Union uniform piece.
