Certificate presented to Edgar Mitchell by the Office of the Attorney General of Santa Fe, New Mexico, one page, 10.5 x 8.25, March 16, 1971—just five weeks after his return from Apollo 14. In part: "By virtue and authority of the Laws of the State of New Mexico, I, David L. Norvell, Attorney General of the State of New Mexico, do appoint Edgar D. Mitchell an Honorary Member of the Attorney General's Staff." Matted and framed to an overall size of 14 x 11.25. In fine condition.
Accompanied by a letter of authenticity from Karlyn Mitchell, the daughter of Edgar Mitchell.
