Original vintage glossy 7 x 9 silver gelatin International Newsreel photograph of Al Capone seated with his attorneys, Benjamin Epstein and William F. Waugh, as he appeared at the Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois, in 1929. The reverse bears an affixed caption dated March 20, 1929, and an International Newsreel stamp. In fine condition, with an area of light crazing. Encapsulated by PSA as an authentic 'Type I' photograph.
