Revolutionary War-dated manuscript DS, signed “Daniel Plumlee,” one page, 8.25 x 8.75, June 11, 1783. Document issued at Danbury, in part: "Please to Pay William Starr or Order the Eighty Dollars Bounty Promised by Congress, Dieu me as a soldier in 2d Troop, 2d Reg't Lt. Dragoons." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Daniel Plumlee, and endorsed below by William Starr. Additionally signed by two witnesses. Impressively mounted, matted, and framed to an overall size of 31.5 x 21.5. In fine condition, with some light creasing.
