Bob Neuwirth's personally-owned and -worn tall black leather cowboy boots by Lucchese of San Antonio, Texas, stamped inside with the brand's maker's mark, as well as size "11D" and date or style codes, "87715 71130." The handsome, tall black boots feature stylish white embroidery on the sides, a traditional saddle vamp, embroidered pull straps on either side, and light brown insoles. The boots exhibit substantial wear from use, most obviously to the back shaft above the heel.
The majority of auction proceeds from the Neuwirth archives will support the completion of 'Untitled: Bob Neuwirth Project' documentary, exploring the life of music and art creative catalyst, Bob Neuwirth.
