Rare original color 24 x 36 Apple Computer poster for the made-for-television film adaptation of Arthur Miller’s famous play A Death of a Salesman, which first aired on CBS on September 15, 1985. Designed by Clement Mok, the poster features a close-up image of actor Dustin Hoffman as the main character Willy Loman, with the lower corners bearing the Apple logo and stylized cursive text: “A salesman is got to dream, boy. It comes with the territory.” Rolled and in fine condition. A rare and early TV sponsorship from Apple Computer. The film earned ten Emmy nominations at the 38th Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony and four Golden Globe nominations at the 43rd Golden Globe Awards ceremony, with Hoffman winning best actor honors at both.
