Reverse bears an "Associated Press Newsphoto" credit stamp and retains its affixed caption, reading: "Russian Premier in Coma. USSR Premier Joseph Stalin is reported to have suffered a paralytic stroke and to now be in a coma." Stalin would pass away on March 5th. In fine condition.
