Kennedy and then later to First Lady Jackie Kennedy, ranging in size from 8.75 x 4 to 11.5 x 8.5, some with additional notes or directions. Kennedy writes: "Mary—File, etc."; "Mary—don't send things like this to me up here—I will lose them all—just file them & send me as little as possible this summer," with a note by Gallagher, "Cards which Pam Turner suggested be forwarded to JBK at the Cape for her scrapbooks"; "Mary Gal—File letters—Pay bill—make it out to Letizia Mowinckel & send it to her pronto—she will give it to them. Could you put this green box with my other silk boxes and store room"; "Mrs. Mary Gallagher," with "The White House" written in another hand; and "Mary Gallagher," with a stamped free frank, and the address and return address penned in another hand. In fine condition. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Mary Barelli Gallagher.
