Two items signed by the classic Sherlock and Watson actors: a pencil signature and inscription, “To Charlie Wexler, with best wishes, Basil Rathbone,” on an off-white 7.25 x 10.5 sheet of United States Army stationery; and a vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 portrait photo of Nigel Bruce with a pipe in his mouth, signed and inscribed in fountain pen, “To Harold Stell, with my very best wishes, Sincerely, Nigel Bruce, 1942." In overall very good to fine condition, with tack holes to the corners of the Bruce photo, and creases touching its inscription.
