Coles—official badge from the 86th International Olympic Committee session held in New Delhi, India, in 1983, measuring 34 mm x 60 mm, depicting the Hindu god Shiva as the divine cosmic dancer over the Olympic rings, with raised text: "86e Session du C.I.O., 1983, New Delhi, India." The recipient's surname, “Coles,” is engraved on a bar attached to the badge's white ribbon. Overall wear to badge and bar, and light stains to the ribbon.
