Commemorative medal issued by the Hellenic Olympic Committee for the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, released in a limited edition of 800. Gold-plated zinc alloy, 55 mm, 93 gm. One side depicts the Echo Stoa, which separates the sacred precinct from Olympia's Ancient stadium; the other depicts the Panathenaic Stadium, venue of the first Modern Olympic Games in 1896, and the Eiffel Tower, an iconic landmark of Paris. Housed in its original plastic case, and complete with its hinged blue box and certificate of authenticity, numbered 664/800.
