Two typed letters signed by the steel industrialists and business partners: a TLS signed "Andrew Carnegie," one page, 4.5 x 7.5, personal letterhead, November 13, 1895, in part: "I beg to say that Mrs. Carnegie and I enjoyed the Dedication March greatly, and as you know, it was enthusiastically received by the audience"; and a TLS signed "H. C. Frick," one page, 7.25 x 10, personal letterhead, June 12, 1902, in part: "At present I have so many calls on me that I could not consider doing anything for Otterbein University. Some time in the future I may be willing to do so." Impressively cloth-matted and framed with two portraits and an engraved biographical plaque to an overall size of 34.75 x 29.75. In overall fine condition.
