Flown flag featuring the insignia of the cooperative Shuttle–Mir program, 6.25 x 4.5, carried to the space station Mir aboard the Space Shuttle Discovery on STS-91. The flag is affixed to a 14 x 11 Russian presentation certificate featuring an image of the space station Mir, captioned in Cyrillic (translated): "This flag, marking the successful completion of the first phase of the Shuttle-Mir program, was delivered to the Mir space station by Discovery (Shuttle) on flight STS-91, which took place from June 2 to 12, 1998."
