(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original preliminary model sheet of Hyacinth Hippo from Fantasia, which depicts four different character drawings of the hippopotamus for the film's ‘Dance of the Hours’ sequence. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 10 x 12 animation paper. In fine condition, with some light creasing to edges, mainly to the right edge, which also bears a small tear.
