(Walt Disney Studios, 1940) Original production cels of an alligator and a hippopotamus from Fantasia, showing half of a hippo whirling a gator around by its tail during the 'Dance of the Hours' segment. The cels have been trimmed and applied to a larger cel, which has been placed over an airbrushed background, ostensibly prepared by Courvoisier Galleries. The full character image measures 4 x 3.25, with overall dimensions of 6.25 x 9.5. In fine condition.
