Award certificate from The Q Awards, Q magazine’s annual music awards, dated December 12, 1990, presented to “The Rolling Stones” as “Best Live Act.” In fine condition. The Stones began 1990 with the tail end of the Steel Wheels tour in Japan in February and continued with the Urban Jungle tour of Europe that ran through August, ending at Wembley Stadium in London.
