Handsome black-and-brass surveyor's transit made in the U.S.A. by Keuffel & Esser Co., housed in its original 13.5″ x 16″ x 8.75″ wooden box, marked on the lid with its serial number, "124075." Inside the lid is a Brunson Instrument Co. service tag, dated 1966. In very good to fine cosmetic condition.
