Desirable grouping of 'band and crew members' material from European leg of Prince's 1992 Diamonds and Pearls Tour: a black duffle bag imprinted on the side in white, "Prince & the New Power Generation, European Tour 1992" and also includes the names of the promoters. These duffle bags were given out to Prince, the band members, and other key personnel (managers, publicist, etc.). The bag retains a 1993 Northwest Airlines luggage tag wrapped around one of the handles showing an itinerary departing from the Minneapolis−Saint Paul International Airport and arriving in Los Angeles. Also includes: a spiral-bound tour itinerary published for distribution to the band and crew on the "Europe" leg of Prince and the NPG's "World Tour 1992," 6 x 8.5, providing detailed travel plans including schedules, flights, hotels, and venues for each concert; a laminated "All Area Access" pass; a cloth "Diamonds & Pearls Tour 1992" party pass; and a ticket stub from the June 24, 1992, show at Earls Court in London. In fine condition.
Prince's former co-manager Jill Willis recalls: "Our promoters for this particular tour, Barry Clayman and Marcel Avram, gave this duffel bag to Prince, the NPG and key personnel on the tour. I used this a few times but moved on to bags with wheels. It was a great 'memento' from an amazing tour, and very few of these bags were made."
