Includes: four buttons, reading "King of Punk, Joey Ramone," "I Remember You," "Hey Joey Happy Birthday," and "Life's a Gas, Joey's 50th"; and three postcards, featuring a Spin Magazine cover, a "King of Punk" image, and a "Happy B'Day Joey!" image.
