The elapsed time ticker on the side reads "4395 Hours," and affixed service tags indicate the unit was overhauled on September 8, 1988. This unit, part of the F-4's Inertial Navigation System, would be used by a Radar Intercept Officer (RIO) to dial in the latitude and longitude of up to two different targets.
