Thermal tile block, circa 1991, measuring 13″ x 13″ x 5″, sealed in its original packaging with affixed label: "Material: Blocks, Fibrous Refractory Composite, High Density, High Temperature, Rockwell International Specification MB0115-03, Purchase Order No.: M4J3XSI-485160F, Manufacturer: Lockheed Missiles and Space Company (ID #06887), Date of Mfg. 9/11/91." This is the material that was used to shape each of the Space Shuttle Orbiter's thermal tiles before enclosing it in the outer black layer. Accompanied by photocopies of the MB0115-032 and F12-003 specification sheets.
