(Walt Disney Studios, 1942) Original production cel of Pedro the airplane from Saludos Amigos, showing the small aircraft flying through the air with a cap and knapsack. The cel has been trimmed to image and placed on a hand-painted background as prepared by Courvoisier Galleries for sale. The character image measures 4.5 x 3.25 with a mat opening of 7 x 6.5. Matted and framed to an overall size of 10 x 10, with the mat bearing an "Original WDP" stamp and annotated in pencil, “‘Pedro—‘Saludos.’” In very good condition, with some lifting cel and missing paint to knapsack.
