Prince’s personally-owned and -worn long-sleeved multicolored button-down shirt, uniquely crafted with strips of colorful velvet in hues of rust, gold, and black over a sheer black chiffon material. The top features padded shoulders, a straight point collar, and black buttons on the placket and cuffs. Prince wore the custom-crafted shirt in and around his Glam Slam nightclub in Miami, Florida. In fine condition.
Accompanied by a letter of provenance from Jeff Lowe (of Tiger King fame), stating that he acquired the shirt in 2009 from Glam Slam club manager Paul Pudlitzke. In part: "In 2009 I purchased a very large collection of items that belonged to the musician Prince, from Paul Pudlitzke. Paul managed all of Prince's Glam Slam nightclubs."
