Two items: an ALS, one page, 8.5 x 11, handwritten letter to Bob Jaques, in part: “Each of the other X-15 pilots that you asked about are still living however I don’t have their addresses. Forrest Petersen is living in the Wash D.C. area. Bob White is living in Germany. Bob Rushworth is living somewhere near Santa Barbara CA & Pete Knight is living in Palmdale CA”; and an official glossy 10 x 8 NASA photo of Thompson in his pilot's gear beside an X-15, signed and inscribed in black felt tip, "To Robert, Regards, Milt Thompson.” In overall very good to fine condition, with creases, surface impressions, and clear tape to the border of the signed photo.
