Collection of eleven medals and tokens presented to Al Worden during his post-flight nationwide and international tours, including:
- a small key-shaped pin with circular seal of the City of New Orleans, in its original box, presented by Mayor Moon Landrieu
- a key to the city of Mattoon, Illinois, presented by Mayor Roger Dettro
- a rectangular medal depicting the Hawaii State Capitol, engraved on the reverse: "Astronaut Alfred M. Worden, Aloha and Our Best Congratulations on Your Safe Return to Earth, August 8, 1971"
- a large Italian medal, "Taverna del Gran Sasso, Osteria Del Canneto"
- an Italian medal from "Il Comune de Milano," engraved "Mr. Al Worden" on the reverse, in its original case
- an Italian medal with "Il Presidente Della Republica Italiana," and Quirinale palace on the reverse, in its original case
- a silver medallion with a primitive depiction of a crescent moon, with text on the reverse honoring the 400th anniversary of Kepler's birth
- a silver coin from Equatorial Guinea featuring Goya's 'Maja Desnuda' in its original red wallet
- a 1972 badge with suspended medallion featuring the Apollo 15 crew on one side, and Wanderverein Rinzenberg coat of arms on the reverse
- a sculptural plaque depicting Belgrade Fortress, with presentation engraving on the reverse: "Astronautu Alfredu M. Wordenu, Comandantu modula 'Apolo XV,' Belgrad, 24 januar 1972 god, Skupstina grada Beograda," in its original case
- a plaque from Worden's 2019 trip to Poland, with metal crest and engraved plate: "President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda"
