The fragment measures .25″ x .25″ and is affixed to a 3.5″ x 2.5" information card from Paul Hartunian, who, on the reverse, has signed below a typed statement that reads: "To verify that this certificate is original and authentic, it must be accompanied by a copy of a letter of authenticity from Cosmonaut Valery Rozhdestvensky. It must also be signed below, by me, in ink." The referenced letter from Rozhdestvensky is not included. In fine condition.
