Collection of 10 funeral programs from the Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church of Richmond, Virginia, in celebration of the life of Supreme Court Justice Lewis F. Powell Jr., who passed away on August 25, 1998. Each program, five pages, 7 x 8.5, is signed either on the front or back cover, or on the inside, in ink or felt tip by a fellow Justice of the Supreme Court, including: Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Anthony Kennedy, Sandra Day O'Connor, William Rehnquist, Antonin Scalia, David Souter, John Paul Stevens, and Clarence Thomas (2). In overall very fine condition. Accompanied by a photo of the above mentioned justices standing together at the funeral.
