Collection of 143 official color NASA lithographs, 8 x 10 and 10 x 8, honoring various astronauts and missions from the Apollo and Space Shuttle programs, which include the following astronaut portraits: Neil Armstrong (1), Gene Cernan (20), Joe Kerwin (21), Harrison Schmitt (25), Alan Shepard (17), and Paul Weitz (26). Also included is a WSS portrait of the Apollo 15 crew (1), formal portraits of the Apollo 13 crew (24), and eight (8) four-image collage lithos from the latter mission. The collection also includes a color NASA memorial lithograph of the tragic STS-51-L crew; a brochure for the Comet Kohoutek, postmarked January 15, 1974; a group of five NASA brochures for the Viking Project; and an Apollo 17 photo postcard with reverse postmarked December 16, 1972.
