Rare New York Dolls poster and press kit sent to reviewers by Mercury Records, including: a huge 32.5 x 44 poster based on the album art for their 1973 debut album; and a press kit folder containing media materials including Tony Glover's September 13, 1973 review in Rolling Stone ("New York Dolls & what's it to ya?"); a fact sheet; reviews published in Creem, the New Yorker, Newsday, Penthouse, The Village Voice, and elsewhere; an interview article entitled "Talking with the New York Dolls" by Ted Castle; and three glossy 8 x 10 promo photos. In overall fine condition, with tack holes to corners of the poster.
