Two items: a fountain pen signature, "The good wishes of Herbert Hoover," on a folded light blue 5.25 x 3.25 sheet of The Waldorf-Astoria stationery; and a vintage matte-finish 5 x 7 photo of Hoover's wife by the Harris & Ewing Studio, signed below in fountain pen, "Lou Henry Hoover." In overall fine condition, with some light soiling in the photo's borders. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope for the Herbert signature, postmarked October 27, 1944.
