Original vintage glossy 7.75 x 7.25 silver gelatin photo of Marilyn Monroe with husband Arthur Miller leaving Lenox Hill Hospital after a surgical procedure in 1959. Reverse is stamp-dated June 29, 1959, and bears editorial notations. In very good to fine condition, with some light creasing to surface and edges, and show-through impressions from the notations on the reverse.
