Fantastic 1865 postally-used campaign cover, 5.25 x 3, featuring jugate portraits of Abraham Lincoln and Andrew Johnson under the banner, "Union and Liberty," with slogans printed on the right side: "The Union to be maintained at all hazards. Paramount authority of the Constitution and Laws. Suppression of the rebellion by force of arms. Unconditional surrender the only terms." Postmarked in Minnesota and addressed to Mrs. Edward O. Dunning in New Haven, Connecticut. In fine condition.
