(Walt Disney Studios, 1942) Two original production concept drawings featuring the flustered Friend Owl from Bambi in the scene where he is violently shaken from his perch by the grown-up Bambi's antlers, one showing him with widespread wings and the other with wings down. Accomplished in graphite on untrimmed 12 x 10 animation paper. One image measures 5.75 x 4.75, and the other measures 9.5 x 8.5. In fine condition. From the estate of Cecil Beard, an animator at Disney Studios from 1936-1940.
