Original hand-inked 14-panel "Tippie" comic strip for Sunday, November 2, 1941, drawn by Edwina Dumm on an off-white 23 x 15 sheet of artist's cardstock, signed in the lower left corner in fountain pen, "With best wishes from Edwina." The strip chronicles the efforts of Cap Stubbs as he tries to build an adequate dog house for Tippie. In very good to fine condition, with a removed inscription above Dumm's signature.
