Contract between Walter Lantz Productions and Western Printing & Lithographing Company, in which the former agrees to grant and license "to Western the right to produce, publish and sell books, comic magazines and other publications containing Lantz animated cartoon characters and stories with suitable drawings or illustrations" for the sum of $36,000. Signed at the conclusion in black ink by Lantz. In fine condition, with show-through from a PSA/DNA label affixed to reverse. Accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
