Large wooden document box crafted from wood removed from the White House during its 1927 renovation, measuring 12.75″ x 8.75″ x 6.75″, with a plaque on the lid: "The woodwork of this box was removed from White House during reconstruction work 1927 by N. P. Severin Co." In very good condition, with one broken hinge on the lid.
