Letter of agreement between Benjamin and Gloria Engel and Donald Trump, in which the latter assigns "any assignable manufacturers' warranties and guaranties with respect to the equipment and appliances" in residential unit 3E in the Trump Parc Condominium. Signed at the conclusion in blue felt tip by Trump. In fine condition. Accompanied by full letters of authenticity from JSA and Beckett.
