The Washington Loan and Trust Company check, 6.75 x 2.75, filled out and signed by Hoover, "John Edgar Hoover," payable to Potomac Electric Power Co. for $3.10, January 3, 1923. In fine condition, with a light stain touching his very uncommon full signature. The check is encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder. Checks signed by Hoover remain exceedingly rare, with this being only the second we have offered.
