Carter," payable to Tellis Jackson for $40, January 5, 1960; and a color satin-finish 8 x 10 portrait of President Carter, signed in the lower border in black felt tip, "Best Wishes! Jimmy Carter." In overall fine condition, with light dampstaining to the lower left corner area of the Rosalynn Carter check.
