Spiral-bound notebook, 3.25 x 5, signed inside on separate pages in pencil by Ronald Reagan and Lon Chaney, Jr. The notebook is also signed inside by approximately 20 other movie stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood. In fine condition, with light age toning to the pages. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the daughter-in-law of the original recipient: "This autograph book belonged to my father-in-law…He grew up in San Diego, Calif., and had gotten these autographs as a kid in 1940's."
