National League uniform player's contract in which Lloyd Waner agrees to render "skilled service as a baseball player in connection with all games of the Club during the year 1938" for the Pittsburgh Pirates, for a salary of $11,000. Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Waner, and countersigned by Pirates Owner Bill Benswanger. The reverse is signed by National League President Ford Frick. In fine condition, with consistent overall toning and slight edgewear. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
