Antique theodolite surveying device manufactured by Schwalb Hermanos of Valparaiso, serial no. 210012, measuring approximately 11″ x 8.5″ x 9.5, with a compass dial at center, levels on each side, and scope on the right. In very good condition, with cracked glass over the face of the compass. Theodolites are precision instruments used by land surveyors to measure horizontal and vertical angles.
