Two first edition books by Pulitzer Prize-winning Southern author Julia Peterkin: a first edition of Black April, hardcover with dust jacket, published by Bobbs-Merrill in 1927; and a limited autograph edition of Bright Skins, hardcover (without dust jacket), published by Bobbs-Merrill in 1932, numbered 121/250, signed on the colophon in ink by Peterkin. In overall very good to fine condition, with small tears to the rare dust jacket of Black April.
