Collection of original vintage circa 1960s Fillmore East ephemera, including: an unused 15 x 4.5 bumper sticker, reading, "We've Just Come From Bill Graham's Fillmore East, It Was Nice," retaining its original backing; eleven blank sheets of 8.5 x 11 Fillmore East stationery; and a thick purple 5 x 8.25 "Fillmore Memorandum" notepad. In overall fine to very fine condition.
?The Fillmore East was quite simply one of the most legendary rock venues in the 1960s, and the artists who appeared there were among the greatest in rock history—Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, the Grateful Dead, the Allman Brothers Band, CSNY, Jefferson Airplane, The Mothers of Invention, and countless others. This lot originates from the collection of a former Fillmore East employee.
