Fantastic grouping of five original ink or ballpoint sketches on individual off-white cards or sheets ranging in size from 5 x 3 to 7 x 11, each signed by the respective artist, including: Charles Schulz (Snoopy), Walter Lantz (Woody Woodpecker), Mort Walker (Beetle Bailey), Al Smith (Mutt and Jeff), and Rudy Wendelin (Smokey Bear); all but the Wendelin sketch bear inscriptions. Also includes an off-white 5.5 x 4.5 Blondie greeting card from Chic Young, bearing a preprinted sketch and sentiment, “With all good wishes from the Bumsteads,” signed and inscribed in black ink, “To Harold Rapp, Jr., Chic Young, 3/12/69."
